2017 Gas Machinery Conference (GMC)

Ariel Corporation will participate in the 2017 Gas Machinery Conference (GMC) October 1 – 4 in Pittsburgh, Pa. Ariel Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Field Service Engineering, and Training & Development will be in attendance at this year’s conference and expo.
The GMC will welcome Ariel engineers to the conference stages during this year’s event. Process Sales Director, Greg Phillippi, will present a short course on “Basic Thermodynamics of Reciprocating Compressors”. R&D’s Tom Stephens will present a technical paper on “Torsional Damping Benefits for Reciprocating Compressors”.
The GMC provides three days of technical training and presentations, along with a large vendor exhibit showcasing the latest equipment, technology, and services. This year’s conference will be held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and will feature former Pittsburgh Steeler running back, Rocky Bleier, as keynote speaker.
Our Sales & Marketing team will host Ariel’s exhibit. In addition, Ariel Training & Development specialists will provide information about Ariel’s involvement in the new natural gas compression degree program at the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, the new Ariel Training Center, and an overview of the many training opportunities offered to Ariel Distributors and end-users.
Ariel Corporation will also host the conference reception at Heinz Museum on Monday, October 2 from 5:30PM to 7:30PM.
