The first shipment ceremony of Hanwha Techwin HD compressor

Hanwha Techwin held a first shipment ceremony of its HD compressor for an LNG Carrier in early July. This is the first HD compressor of Hanwha Techwin that will be installed in real ship. The compressor needs to operate stably even in the cryogenic and high level of vibration condition of LNG carriers. Through the several cryogenic tests, Hanwha Techwin can make sure of its reliability at the temperature below 160 degrees Celsius. In addition, small footprint, high performance, and easy maintenance are the key benefits of Hanwha Techwin HD compressor. It is a significant step forward in technology advancement and business expansion, which shows that Hanwha Techwin successfully penetrated into the market that a few competiters currently dominate.
