SANPAR introduces ECODRAIR refrigerated compressed air dryer

SANPAR Compressed Air Treatment division has introduced the ECODRAIR Series, a range of compact refrigerated air dryers with models ranging from 5 to 150 cfm. The inception of these models is aimed at providing dedicated clean and dry air to point of use machines.

The ECODRAIR Series dryers are built according to ISO 7183 design standards and offer air quality conforming to ISO 8573.1 standards. Apart from uninterrupted supply of Class 4 air of PDP 3?°C (37.4?°F), the dryer is coupled with a range of filters to ensure the dust micron size is reduced to 0.1 μm and oil concentration to 0.003 mg/m3?to meet ISO 8573.1 Class 1-4-1 standards. This protects the air bearings and pneumatics of the machines like CMM and VMC, enhancing uptime and product quality.
The ECODRAIR Series is equipped with a unique safety feature that prevents untreated air from entering the machine at any given time. In addition, the dryer works at a maximum inlet temperature of 45?°C (113°F) and has a minimal pressure drop of < 0.15 bar(g).
